Built by teens, made for impact. We’re opening a free teen center that gives teens a safe place to belong, build life skills, and be supported — especially when parents are busy and teens have nowhere else to go.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is a teen center needed?

Free, youth-focused spaces are almost non-existent in our community. Local teens report high levels of anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Believe Teen Center will fill this critical gap coming alongside teens and families to make our community stronger.

How will the Teen Center be funded?

Through community donations, business partnerships, grants, and sponsorships. Every gift—large or small—moves us closer to opening our doors.

Are you partnering with anyone?

Unity is part of our core values and we would love to partner with several other people, businesses, and non-profits.

We are collaborating with Youth For Christ (YFC) for youth development expertise and operational support. We have several businesses that have reached out to partner that are being established. We would love more partnerships!

What about adopted or fostered teens?

Did you know teens that have been fostered or adopted have greater mental health and connection when they have access to 7 different types of therapies? We don't have half of them in Eagle River. We want to fix that. We will offer unique therapy services for adopted/foster teens and support groups for their families. It is a very unique need that needs direct focus and attention from our community at large and we are here for it.

How can I get involved?

Reach out to us! There are many ways to get involved whether it be with students or behind the scenes. It will take the whole community to make this happen! A few key areas that currently need volunteers are fundraising, volunteering with students, mentorships/internships, renovating a space, getting the word out and so much more.

When will the Teen Center open?

We will start launching teen led activities this spring. Temporary facility rental will start in October unless things move faster than expected. Construction will start after funding has been reached. Our goal is to be a debt free organization. Fiscal responsibility means stability for the teens and our community and transparency and trust with our donors.

Where will the Teen Center be?

Big dream would be to build our own building near town square in Eagle River. Until then, we will start smaller and lease a space near Town Square.
